The early 19th century tour of America would include many Hudson Valley sites.  William Henry Barlett’s 1835 illustration of the "The Tomb of Kosciuszko, West Point" dramatically captures the natural beauty and military history of the Hudson Highlands.  The artist took some liberties; Thaddeus Kosciuszko is in fact not entombed at West Point. But the monument, which was designed by John H.B. Latrobe, still stands today.  It honors Kosciuszko, who was known as the "Engineer of the American Revolution." This 100% cotton short sleeve t-shirt celebrates the "Grand Tour" of America with a reproduction of Barlett's drawing.  Color - Vegas Gold
